Just a quick email to say how much I appreciate the support over the weekend .. the File Server was maxed out on CPU and as a result no one could log in.
I had texted Support on Sunday, who (even though it was the weekend) got onto the server and resolved the issue. This will mean that staff will come in tomorrow and work as if nothing went wrong!

'Discus act in a proficient and professional manner and deal with issues on a timely basis - I may add that at times when we have had issues which have had a significant impact on our IT (i.e. server issues) they have responded quickly and in most instances have exceeded the contract terms by some way.
