IT Support for a Single Fixed Monthly Amount

For a fixed monthly fee we provide unlimited IT support and help both on-site and remotely. No matter how much you use the service the fee will remain the same during the contract period

Monitoring

Every Machine in your organisation will be monitored remotely by our Network Operations Centre (NOC) using our unique TotalCare® monitoring package. The service is proactive allowing us to take action to rectify a potential problem before the customer is aware of it. Detailed management reports are provided on a regular basis to suit your level of technical understanding – remember no Techno-Babble!

Problem Solving

Whatever the IT issue, we will assume responsibility and fix the problem. You can rest assured that our combined experience in IT will ensure a rapid solution to any issues you may have

Clear Policies

There will be no nasty surprises about what is and isn’t included – we make this clear from the outset and will communicate clearly in advance of any work we do if there is likely to be any additional charge. It is in our interest to make you happy with our whole service

Reporting

Our TotalCare® package, which is included in all contracts, will provide regular management reports about your IT Systems and includes Drive Space Reports, Memory Reports, Event Log highlights, Patch Level Notification, Software Audits and much more. The report is intended to be proactive to allow you to make the decisions you need regarding the health and well-being of your computer installations
