Terry is the Managing Director and founder of Discus Systems. In 1997, after working in IT for the previous 15 years he formed Discus Systems plc in partnership with Dains a firm of Accountants based in the West Midlands
Terry has been married for over 27 years has 4 children, and 4 grand children. He is an Aston Villa season ticket holder, enjoys music and is a bit of a veteran on the bass guitar with 40+ years experience in music. In his spare time he plays regularly for local Rock ‘n Roll band the Bo-Dudley's.
