KFS have worked with Discus on a number of projects for IT infrastructure – Servers, Local Area Networking, Workstations and Laptops, Wide Area Networking (VPNs - both site to site and secure remote access), Security, Email, Spam filtering, Anti Virus to name but a few. All of these projects have been delivered to an agreed timetable and budget with the Discus team often going that extra mile to ensure complete satisfaction. We began working with them in 2005 initially as a supplier of hardware and software to cover our basic IT infrastructure (Basic Office systems based upon the Microsoft Server and Office suite), and our Accounting needs (based on the SAGE package which they delivered through one of their partners. This was quite different as although they were authorised Sage suppliers they recognised that our requirements needed a greater level of “accountancy” support and so they introduced us to another company who could provide that level. They were completely up front about this and it worked well.

They act in a proficient and professional manner and deal with issues on a timely basis - I may add that at times when we have had issues which have had a significant impact on our IT (i.e. server issues) they have responded quickly and in most instances have exceeded the contract terms by some way.

In conclusion I would be more than happy to recommend them to any organisation of a similar or smaller size. I may add that our organisation is looking to expand and we see no reason why Discus would not be able to provide support ongoing and at this point have no intention of switching supplier.

Like many businesses we are becoming increasingly dependant on our IT systems and it is therefore essential that our IT supplier is one we can both trust and rely on.
