What contract should we sign?
We make it simple and provide a single, all-encompassing contract for IT support.
How much does it cost?
Our charge is based on the number of servers, computers and peripherals and whether they include both remote and on-site support. All contracts include access to our unique TotalCare® remote management package.
How long is your contract?
All contracts are MONTHLY - we bill you on the 24th of each month for the service we provide during that month. There need be no commitment beyond that month unless you specifically request a longer term contract. All contracts are reviewed annually.
What is Remote Monitoring?
Our TotalCare ® Monitoring system requires the installation of a small agent on all servers and workstations in your organisation. This allows us continuously to collect information appertaining to the performance and general well-being of the computer concerned. It also allows us to perform remote automated tasks such as: virus and malware software updates, patch checking, software Installation, backup/recovery and detailed management reporting.
