We have been informed that O2 are experiencing a connection issue across the UK. This may affect calls and text messages.
This is not affecting all numbers and many users will not experience any difficulties.

Resolution Update (04 October 00:30): The two Home Location Registers have remained stable since the previous update. All of the data links to these HLR’s have now been restarted and are handling traffic normally. We’ve not seen any new issues following the recovery actions we’ve carried out.
We’ll continue to closely monitor the service throughout the night to mitigate the risk until the root cause of the initial failure has been established.
